Erin discovered her love for lifting in college and has been in the fitness industry since 2017 (NASM-CPT). She specializes in strength training women with expertise in kettlebell (StrongFirst Girya II) and barbell training (StrongFirst Lifter). Her favorite part of being a personal trainer is helping her clients crush self-doubt, whether it’s hitting a PR in their training or feeling more energized to take on the day ahead. Erin takes an integrative mind-body approach with her clients, stressing the importance of overall wellness. She is pursuing her MA in Mental Health Counseling through Wake Forest University. When she’s not swinging a kettlebell, you can find her rock climbing, hiking, rocking out to metal, reading historical fiction and fantasy novels, and spending time with her pup, Gabe.
