Brooke has 6 years of one-on-one fitness coaching experience, in addition to specialties in small group instruction, youth sports and fitness, and senior living fitness. Her 10+ years of contact sports (roller derby and some boxing) cross-training is what brought her to becoming a full-time trainer, although she is ready and willing to work with any level of experience. She continues to broaden her knowledge and experience by studying recovery techniques and nutrition guidance. The end goal: to make working out both effective and fun!
