
Hello, I’m Jackie of Jackal Fit LLC. I’m a NASM CPT with a background as a Swim Instructor and Martial Artist under the practices of Taekwondo and Hung Gar Kung Fu. From teaching people how to move on land to in the water, I put a heavy focus on mind-body connection while training movement. I want to assist people in becoming the change that they want to see, and that journey starts with deep-listening to our bodies!
