Alizah is a NASM-certified personal trainer with a diverse range of experience. She initially became involved with fitness through cross-training for roller derby and quickly grew passionate about strength training and high-intensity, performance-centric workouts. In the past 5 years she has also explored stability and injury-prevention exercise and continued to research power lifting form and general nutrition counseling. She believes that fitness is not one-size-fits all nor is it a static practice. It is a personalized process that shifts and progresses with each session and it is her goal to work with you to find a program that is dynamic and makes you feel strong and confident.
