Yoga Teacher & AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor, Karla, has immersed herself into the practice and study of Yoga for the past 9 years, leading her up to being called to teach. She has dedicated herself to the instruction of yoga and sharing the wonderful benefits of yoga for 2 years. Exercise, balanced nutrition, and healthy living have been an integral part of her life since 2008.  Creating motivating and invigorating classes are a joy to her. Interweaving elements of different Yoga styles make the classes fun and unique. The bodyweight-based flow of Yoga builds strength, endurance, and grit while calming the mind. A regular yoga practice promotes regulation in the digestive system and helps to prevent sports injuries by improving your flexibility. What you may, additionally, gain from the classes are discipline, a greater sense of peace, and improved sleep

Flow through poses that will strengthen your abs, arms, and thighs while improving your balance. Get relief from sport-related muscle soreness by deepening your flexibility in poses that release tension from the shoulders, legs, and hips.
